Who we are
Ben Ads Uploader is an internal tool operated by Comedie Suisse GmbH, Moosstrasse 31, 8907 Wettswil, Switzerland (UID CHE-166.581.025). Contact: ben@comediesuisse.ch.
What the tool does
Ben Ads Uploader is a private, internal application. It is used only by Comedie Suisse GmbH to create, manage and report on advertising campaigns in its own Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad account. It is not offered to the public, has no login for third parties, and cannot be used by anyone outside Comedie Suisse GmbH.
What data it processes
The tool accesses only business assets owned by Comedie Suisse GmbH through the Meta Marketing API: its ad account, Facebook Page, Instagram account, ad creatives, audiences and campaign performance statistics (aggregated reporting data such as reach, clicks and spend).
The tool does not collect, store or process personal data of Facebook or Instagram users. It does not read user profiles, messages or contact details, and it does not sell or share any data with third parties.
Storage and security
Access credentials are stored encrypted on the operator’s own computer. Campaign settings and reports are stored locally by Comedie Suisse GmbH for its own business purposes only.
Data deletion
Because the tool does not collect personal data from Facebook or Instagram users, there is no user data to delete. If you believe the tool holds data about you, contact ben@comediesuisse.ch and we will respond within 30 days and delete any such data.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may request information about, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting ben@comediesuisse.ch.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always published at this address.
